Farewell dear 2016
Can't believe we are already bidding farewell to 2016 .Time sure flies fast . Looking back at memories of 2016 , i would say it has been a lots of memories for me . Travelling to Nepal and being able to spend time with my friends and family has been really blissful . A bumpy ride to Mustang and experiencing a part of heaven behind the mountains has been a treasurous moment ( OH how i wish i could go back there right away ). Most of all, being able to watch my GRANNY's wise smile is always a pleasure ( I miss you ). Siblings always make your life adventurous, so do mine . All the thrills and adventures i ventured with you will always be close to my heart .

The feeling of growing old with each passing year does make me feel a little worried but also it keeps me aware of the fact that i have one less year in my life and i must make time for life  each and every passing day .2016 has taught me to believe in myself and strive for better future . I have learned the hard way to appreciate my flaws and work hard to better them . I am greatful to each and everyone out there who have lifted my spirits when i was sinking down and held my hands when i stumbled .

Anyway, treasuring all the happy moments and reminding myself every day is a new day and new opportunity, i wanted to part with 2016 with this black and white outfit post . I wore it on boxing day in a small gathering (yes i know the outfit not festive but you know last minute decisions , right?) .

A little Christmas treat to self

Christmas is here and everyone must be busy decorating and buying gifts .. Well i took this excuse  of Christsmas and bought myself this lovely Esteé Lauder Blockbuster Anglo Set . Wow , it was such a good package and a very good deal for the amount of money it cost .
I comes in a big bulky box (yea a very big box) and comes  with a pretty makeup case/ makeup bag which is also very big( which i intend to use for storage of my other stuffs) .Inside the bag the products are placed in a sturdy plastic case which takes much of the space (duh!) . But every cent you spend on this set is worth it. Lets have a look at the packaging and contents below.

-Deluxe pure color envy compact . This eyeshadow palette with highlighter,blush and contour powder (L to R /third row ) and a lovely red lipgloss included.
It makes a complete travel set,where you don't have to worry about carrying tons of stuffs,while this one palette has it all and can easily fit your handbag (yay!)

-2* Pure color envy sculpting lipstick (full size)
These are the prettiest shades you can imagine .A red for festive and a nude pink for daily use . a perfect combination . And they are super creamy and pigmented . Also they smell really nice (like the tutty fruity candy kind of you know).

-2* Pure color envy sculpting lipgloss(full size)

The red shade 340. Flirtatious Magenta  comes with the eyeshadow palette and the other 110.Discreet Nude comes separate . But you could easily change lipgloss preference  in the palette according to your choice . Both of them have a hint of gold shimmers .

-Advanced NIght Repair (30ml)
I have heard so many good reviews about it and finally my dull skin will be getting some repair . It actually smells herbal feels very lightweight when applied .

Haven't tried it yet , but very excited to use it soon .

-Supreme Plus (15ml)
 Well, the name says it all .

-Modern muse EDP (4ml)
This cute mini travel size smells really good .

Real Techniques love

Who doesnot love to own a couple of good makeup brushes ? I do love to own more than a couple of them . And let me tell you, i feel like the makeup brushes scream to me : "you need me" (seriously) .

If you are looking for some good makeup applicators/brushes you can never go wrong with Real Techniques ... the beautiful packaging , affordable price and the diversity makes it so desirable .
I own their core collection , blush brush , powder brush and sponge applicator . And i am very much of a fan of all these .

When i saw this limited edition Berlin collection , i had to own it too .It was so appealing with its colour, design and the content . I already own two of the brushes ( buffer and contour) .But i don't mind adding extra to my collection with this beautiful design. Had to wait a week long for my delivery but it was all worth the wait .
I am so excited to try the crease brush and shadow brush.
I am in love with it .
